Festival Hours: (1pm – 10:30pm) plus camp-over
In order to vend at the Dragonfly Music & Arts Fest, you will need to turn in your completed vending application along with the appropriate fees by the September 18th deadline.
- The charge to vend is $50/vendor/10x10 space, which will also include 1 vendor ticket for admission; Additional vendor tickets will be available for each of your employees/helpers for an additional $25/each.
i.e. - 1 person will cost $50; 2 people $75, 3 people $100, etc.
- Blanket vending will also be permitted for a fee of $35/each (includes 1 vendor ticket).
* NO DOUBLING UP TO AVOID PAYING THE VENDING FEE!! *
(Remember, this is for a good cause…DAH!)
- Vendors must be set up by noon on the 26th.
- All applications will be reviewed by myself, Todd Jones, for approval.
I’ll be looking for quality, as well as originality; in order to avoid having too many vendors selling the same items. (Remember, this is a multi-arts festival!)
- Spaces will be limited, so it will be first come first served.
- You will be notified ASAP by e-mail or phone whether or not you are approved.
- This is an all-weather event! No refunds due to inclement weather.
- All Vending fees must be paid in cash.
